What shipping carrier do you use?
We use UPS and FedEx for both domestic and international orders.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Customers can select Ground or Express options at checkout. Once your order has left the warehouse the package is then in the carriers hands and they control the delivery.
How do I track my order?
Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.
My items were marked as delivered, but I can't find them.
If your item was marked as delivered please email us your order number and tracking number. Usually the buyer and shipper need to file a claim with the carrier. Typically, these issues are resolved within 2-3 business days.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Changes can only be made if your order hasn't shipped yet. If you haven't yet received a shipping confirmation email and want to change your order, please email info@furfelttradingco.com with your order number in the subject line.
I changed my mind, can I get a refund or make an exchange?
We accept returns or exchanges of unused products within 14 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@furfelttradingco.com.

What are your felts made of?
Depending on the product, our fur felts are made from 100% Rabbit Fur, 100% Beaver Fur, or 50% Beaver Fur/50% Rabbit Fur.
What stiffener is used on your fur felts?
Our fur felts are stiffened using shellac.
How often do you restock?
Products are typically restocked every 6-8 weeks. If you have any special requests, please email us at info@furfelttradingco.com.
