These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fur Felt Trading Company website and the purchase of any products from Fur Felt Trading Company (“FFTC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

 

 

1. Wholesale & Trade Use Only

 


Fur Felt Trading Company supplies wholesale fur felt products intended for professional trade use. Our products are not consumer retail goods and are sold to experienced buyers who understand the nature of fur felt and factory second materials.

 

 

 

2. Factory Seconds Disclosure

 


All products sold by FFTC are factory seconds, unless otherwise stated. Factory seconds may include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Cosmetic imperfections

  • Variations in color, density, thickness, or finish

  • Surface marks or irregularities

 


These characteristics are normal and expected and do not constitute defects.

 

 

 

3. Orders & Acceptance

 


All orders are subject to acceptance by FFTC. We reserve the right to:

 

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Limit quantities

  • Discontinue products at any time

 


Once an order is placed and accepted, it may not be modified or canceled except at our discretion.

 

 

 

4. Pricing & Payment

 


All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. FFTC reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice.


Payment must be received in full prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders will not ship until payment is confirmed.

 

 

 

5. All Sales Final

 


All sales are final.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted, except at the sole discretion of Fur Felt Trading Company.


By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the factory second nature of the goods and agree that you are purchasing them as-is.

 

 

 

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

 


Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.


FFTC is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control.

 

 

 

7. Claims & Discrepancies

 


Any claims for incorrect shipments must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.


All claims must include:

 

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs

  • Description of the issue

 


Approval of any remedy is at FFTC’s sole discretion.

 

 

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fur Felt Trading Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.


FFTC’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

 

 

 

9. Intellectual Property

 


All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Fur Felt Trading Company and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

 

 

 

10. Governing Law

 


These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

 

 

11. Changes to Terms
