Fur Felt Trading Company – Return Policy

 


All products sold by Fur Felt Trading Company (FFTC) are factory seconds and wholesale trade inventory. As such, all sales are final.


Due to the nature of factory second goods, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted, except at the sole discretion of Fur Felt Trading Company.


 

Factory Seconds Disclosure

 


Factory second felts may include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Cosmetic imperfections

  • Color variation

  • Density variation

  • Surface or finish irregularities

 


These characteristics are inherent to factory second material and do not constitute defects.


 

Exceptions (At Our Discretion Only)

 


In rare cases, FFTC may review a claim if:

 

  • The incorrect item was shipped, or

  • The material is materially different from what was ordered

 


Any such request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include:

 

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the item(s)

  • Description of the issue

 


Approval of any return, replacement, or store credit is determined solely by FFTC and is not guaranteed.


 

Shipping Costs

 


Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an exception is approved, FFTC will advise on return instructions.


 

Final Sale Acknowledgement

 


By placing an order with Fur Felt Trading Company, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

 

  • All items are sold as factory seconds

  • All sales are final

  • No returns are guaranteed
